Aondrette was raised in Newark, NJ and has 4 siblings. As a child Aondrette had aspirations of being a model. Never in a million years did she think she'd stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life.

Aondrette was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what she did. And she worked hard.

As the years went by, Aondrette worked her way from Clerk Typist at a pharmaceutical company to Human Resources and Operations Manager in the banking and financial services industry, then Director of Redevelopment in local government. Never wavering in her resolve to become the best version of herself with each career move.

Aondrette decided to become a real estate agent in 2001 after spending countless weekends attending open houses, just for fun. She set out to be a top producing real estate agent by providing exceptional service and helping her clients achieve their real estate goals.

As her career advanced, Aondrette found her stride working with sellers and first-time home buyers. She is an expert in accessing the needs of her clients and providing strategies that lead to results. Aondrette is patient and responsive, and provides five-star service with every deal.

Aondrette also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Labor and Employment Relations, and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, with a concentration in Organizational Leadership Development.

Aondrette is a wife, mother of one adult daughter, and three beautiful grandchildren - Laia, Lenox, and Halo. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, traveling, attending wineries, and music festivals.
